Integrate Konnected to Homekit via Home Assistant

Built-in Integration :
For the Alarm Panel, You can use the Built-in Home Assistant Integration, Which uses the Local two-way REST API. This can be discovered automatically on existing devices since 2018.
ESPHome:
It is an Open Source firmware for ESP32 and ESP8266-based devices. Konnected devices are built using this firmware. This provides a fast and secure connection to Home Assistant.
Flash ESPHome for Konnected to Homekit
- Go to the Konnected Website and Connect your device using a micro USB Cable.
- Select your Product and then On the menu, build the capabilities and connectivity for your device.
- (NOTE: Konnected Alarm Panel Pro supports only one network interface at a time.)
- Tap Connect, Choose the device serial port, and Install Konnected for ESPHome.
- Make sure to Connect your device to WiFi.You can also connect your Alarm Panel via Ethernet.
Add Konnected to Home Assistant
- Firstly, Install and Add ESPHome on Home Assistant as a new integration.
- Go to Settings>Add Integration>Tap ESPHome.
- When you connect to the network, HA will find your device automatically via ESPHome Integration.
- Look for New Devices on the Notification Panel.OR Go to Settings> Devices and Services>Available Konnected device will appear.
- Tap on Configure. You can add your device to a location you want.
- Click on Finish and Complete adding Konnected to Home Assistant.
You can also use ALARMO which is an Alarm System Integration for Home Assistants.
Connect Konnected to Homekit
Configure the Homekit Integration as required for your device.
- Now, Open the HA Frontend and You will see a Pairing QR Code and PIN code displaying. If not, Check on the Notifications on HA UI.
- Install and Open the Apple Home App. Tap + > Add Accessory> Scan the QR Code.
- In case, You don’t get it, Click on Don’t Have a Code or Can’t Scan>Choose Home Assistant Bridge>Add Anyway.

- Download the Konnected Alarm Panel Universal Driver.
- On the Composer Pro, Go to Driver>Add/Update Driver or Agent>Select Alarm Panel c4z.
- Set up the Connection to an Alarm Panel Device. Click SET.
- Configure by running the Wizard >Select Run Wizard and Tap SET.
- Choose a Zone >Configure>Set.
- Select your Zone Type >Name>and save.
- Repeat the Run Wizard and Start Configuration – Click on Actions>Print Config.
- Tap on the Lua tab>Sync Config and your device is connected to Control4.
