Yes, you should connect one cable with the RCBO (IN) and connect it with the Power supply.
Another cable with RCBO (out) and connected to another side of the power supply.

Add Push in Terminal with Panel:

Push-in Terminal is available on their official site. Just buy from the site for the automation. So, you add the Push-in terminal block with the Panel. Then, use the red and black short cable and connect it with the Powe supply.

Add Loxone Miniserver with Panel:

First, you should need the two cables in short size – then connect the cables with the Push in Terminal. Then, one end of the wire with the Miniserver white box and the other wire with the Miniserver Orange box. Then, set the end brackets with the Loxone Miniserver.
